SBU TOOLS is a member of stock company Brano and has a long tradition as an important provider of high quality tools for automotive industry.

SBU TOOLS is composed by two tool plants, one located in Hradec nad Moravicí and the second located in Olomouc, with total number of more than 200 employees.

Design and technical project - CAD/CAM:

Current equipment allows processing demanding projects.

19 graphic workstations with software AUTOCAD 2000 and I-DEAS for 2D designing
5 graphic workstations with software UNIGRAPHICS and I-DEAS for 3D designing
3 workstations with software POWER MILL and I-DEAS for CNC machines programming

Quality control:

Distinct workplaces are equipped with CNC measuring machines LK G90-C (800x700x600), LK G90-C (1500x100x800) and other specialised measuring instruments like Mitutoyo B 251. Projector TITANUS – 6/5 ensures high accuracy and reliability of produced tools.

Tool testing:

We are able to test produced tools and subsequently make specimen on presses RVD 150 – HAULICK, KSTU 4000, 6300 – KAISER,HSR 250-320 – SCHMID, CYS 320T, LKT 250 – ŠMERAL.
